What is a High Definition Virtual Tour?
High Definition is a term that is associated with many of today's larger resolution flat panels or computer displays. Where older standard TV sets and monitors used a standard definition of 480 vertical lines or pixels, the newer HD standard of 720 vertical lines or pixels makes for a much sharper image and viewing experience. All of our 360 panoramas are published at 1200 pixels in height, ensuring compliance with most HD large resolution displays. In short, a high definition virtual tour is much sharper and clearer than a standard virtual tour.
What is the difference between your Virtual and Video Tour products?
Our Virtual Tours are the traditional tours that include 360 panoramic images as well as still photos. Our Video Tour offers still photos as well a true full motion clips, for a more real cinematic experience.
When will my high definition virtual tour be online once it has been photographed?
Once the property is photographed, the tour will be ready within 24 hours. You will receive 2 links to the tour. The first link is branded with all of your information, links and email. The second link is a MLS compliant unbranded tour link.
Can you post my high definition virtual tour to Realtor.com and what does it cost?
Yes, we are a Picture Path provider, which means we have access to load our tours directly to Realtor.com's website. The service is free for Showcase Listing Enhancement agents. For non-Showcase agents, there is a $20 fee to have your tour linked.
Can I use your photos on another company or factory's virtual tour?
Yes, we can give you access to the digital photos we produce for you. Whether you choose to use our virtual tour, video tour platform or not, we offer a still photography only package for our clients that like to use our photos on their preferred slide show or virtual tour player.
Which areas do you service?
We are based in the heart of Silicon Valley's San Jose metropolitan area and service agents in the Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. We also extend our services to agents in the San Francisco, North Bay, Santa Cruz and Monterey County areas for an additional travel fee. Can I use the still photos for my flyers?
Yes, our still photos are produced at high resolution sizes and are available for you to download directly from your Client Panel as a Zip folder.
